Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage employee scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotions to drive restaurant sales
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and energetic work culture
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with restaurant technology, such as POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
