What you’ll do as Restaurant Assistant Manager:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Build & Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a talented restaurant team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, growth-focused environment.
- Own the Guest Experience: Continuously strive to exceed expectations, turning first-time guests into regulars.
- Master the BBQ Craft: Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure every plate of our signature smoked meats reflects our commitment to quality.
- Drive Growth: Help lead the charge as we continue to grow and expand in Raleigh, while hitting financial targets and optimizing profitability.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a team.
- A strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Experience with restaurant software, preferably TOAST.
- A passion for bourbon and whiskey is a plus!
