Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Catering Manager in the Rogers area. The ideal Restaurant Catering Manager is a detail-driven, customer-centric professional who excels at planning and executing off-site events with precision and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to plan successful events.
- Coordinate logistics for off-site catering events, including menu items, equipment, and supplies.
- Meet with customers to discuss event details and customize solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
- Manage event planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $50,000 per year.
- Strong commission package.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of current Restaurant/Catering Manager experience.
- High volume background; must have experience with Catering in Full Service Restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
- Ability to build a steady client base and interact with the community.
- Outside sales experience required.
- Must have strong knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas market and extensive contacts to drive Catering Sales.
