Your Role with the Company:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including managing P&L to ensure financial targets are met
• Lead and manage opening procedures, setting up the restaurant for successful and efficient service
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest interactions, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across all shifts
• Recruit, hire, and train a skilled and motivated team, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service
• Manage the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
• Drive an outstanding guest experience by focusing on service quality, staff coaching, and effective scheduling to meet peak demand
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as the General Manager of an upscale casual full service restaurant
• Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for people and guest experiences
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards
• Experience in bar management and an interest in non-alcoholic beverage offerings
• Proficient in using Toast and QuickBooks for restaurant operations and financial management
