**Position Title: Restaurant General Manager**

**Job Description:** Our Restaurant General Manager must possess extensive knowledge of food and service. This individual will provide strategic leadership and direction for overall operations, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating resources and activities. Upholding a high level of guest satisfaction and operational standards is essential. The Restaurant General Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, foster career development, and promote team building. A solid understanding of restaurant financials, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, inventory, and banking methods, is required.
