Job Overview:
Gecko Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Leader to oversee daily operations and lead our team at our Wichita Falls location, located within the Sheppard Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, engaged, and ready to lead with integrity and intensity while ensuring the success of the restaurant. General Manager Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Ensure the highest operational standards and drive the restaurant’s performance to meet financial targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store associates. Manage team schedules, and performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Build emotional connections with guests by ensuring exceptional food, service, and ambiance. Respond to guest feedback to continually enhance the customer experience.
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety and security protocols for guests and associates, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Community Engagement: Promote brand awareness through local outreach and build lasting relationships with the community.
- Brand Alignment: Embody our core values and work toward fulfilling the company's vision.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
