Position Summary:

A Costa Vida General Manager (GM) is a servant-leader who has a positive impact on everyone he/she meets. This person is humble, trustworthy, and responsible with a focus on becoming better within their world of influence. The General Manager is guided by mentors who help him/her determine critical factors of success.

• Responsible for restaurant's profitability without compromising the team member and guest experience

• Hires, trains, coaches, and develops team members to perform in their respective roles by setting and exceeding financial and performance goals
• Develops relationships with others to remove obstacles and find solutions to help the restaurant become #1 choice for Mexican food in their neighborhood
• Leads execute and improves all broad operational activities to ensure financial and performance goals

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four (4) or more years of related experience required
