Brass Lantern and Legends Restaurants were established in 1988. Locations are in Lawrenceburg, Smyrna, Shelbyville, Columbia, and Pulaski Tennessee. We have over a 35 year track record of having great quality food and service. We are seeking qualified food service professionals to partner with in a successful full service restaurant.

Qualifications:

1. Must have minimum 5 years experience with 3m in sales in a full service restaurant with full bar service.

1. Food knowledge expert level in the following: 

Steaks, Pastas, Seafood, and fresh home cooking. Our commitment to quality, if we can make it better than we can buy, then we make from scratch. All desserts are made in house with numerous other foods. No bagged lettuce hear all fresh produce. We have a salad bar in most locations that we are well known for. 

1. People managing skills.

Manage a team of 75-90 people including managers. Must be able to motivate and lead a team of this magnitude to execute excellence in food and hospitality.

1. Professional.

Conduct business in a professional manner that will enhance the growth of our company.

1. Do what it takes.

Have the mindset of do what it takes to be successful. Leader by example.

1. Problem solver / decision maker.

Be able to see what is wrong in your business and can make decisions to fix your issues within your operation. Including maintenance, cleaning, and up keep of your restaurant.  

1. Passion to succeed, be the best.

Must have a passion for this business and a desire to be the best restaurant in your area.  

Compensation:  

• 100,000.00 annually
• Sweat Equity Ownership: 5 year and 10 year plans for ownership.
• Vacation- 1 week 1st year- 2 weeks after 3 years
• Heath Insurance
  - company pay 75%.
• Simple IRA plan with 100% employer match
• 7 closed Holidays: (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
