Restaurant General Manager - Alternative HR LLC

Seeking Restaurant General Manager for premium state of the art brewery in Central PA. Successful candidate will oversee 70 staff members ranging for FOH support staff, line cooks, servers, bartenders, and all restaurant managers. Manager will drive and oversee approximately $4.5m in annual revenue successfully by creating / maintaining efficient training programs, driving top line revenue, and retaining staff. 

Qualifications: 5 year full-service restaurant management experience. Brewery setting preferred.
