Restaurant General Manager - New Sportsbar - NAGS Bar & Kitchen

Looking for a dynamic and experienced sports bar restaurant manager. As the manager, you will be the frontline of growing an exceptional team, making empowered decisions, and running a profitable restaurant. Restaurant managers are the heart of the team, they continuously motivate the team and provide guests with an unparalleled experience.

Position Qualifications:

-       Minimum 2 year of experience

-       Must be eligible to work in the United States

-       Computer proficient

-       Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Tasks and responsibilities:

-       Experience creating staff work schedules

-       Responsible to hire the right members for your team to drive guest satisfaction, team environment, and profitability.  

-       Ability to operate restaurant equipment

-       Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required

-       Ability to work in noisy and fast-paced environments

-       Enforce sanitary practices, high-quality food preparation and service, maintain a professional restaurant image
