About The Smith

The Position: General Manager
Our team is seeking a talented General Manager with a strong team orientation, a love of delicious food, and a commitment to excellent service. The GM must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. GMs will help drive restaurant operation they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback. This is the perfect role for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while still managing daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Direct all hiring and training for the front-of- house team
- Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
- Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained Wash glassware as needed.
- Work with Operations on executing and forecasting budgets.
- Conduct employee evaluations as necessary
- Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices
- Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, etc.
