Salary: 90-105k

Required Experience: 3 years. Michelin experience and Sommelier Certification strongly preferred
We are looking for someone who can develop personal and long-term relationships with our team and wants to be an integral leader in a growing restaurant.
We strive to push the envelope when it comes to Northern California culinary excellence in a One Star Michelin setting. We are looking for a leader to join our team that will continue to find new ways to innovate and improve the experience forguests and staff alike.
The General Manager, under the direction of our Director of Operations, is responsible for the following:
- Mentor staff and foster a positive work environment
- Payroll, tip, and cash management
- Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff
- Wine knowledge and training
- Reservation system management
- Website content updates
- Manage inbound guest communications (email and phone)
- Assist in private dining and off-site dinner execution (collaborate with events manager and Chefs)

Required Experience

Pay Range: $90k- $105k.The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
