We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to provide maintenance and repair services across our various restaurant locations. This role will involve addressing a range of tasks related to the upkeep and functionality of our establishments. The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skillset and a willingness to take on diverse projects as needed. We intend to have various specialists on file, so you need not have all of the below skills...
Specialties seeking:
- Electrical: Troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing light fixtures, installing outlets, and ensuring electrical systems are safe and operational.
- Plumbing: Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, fixing toilets and faucets, and addressing general plumbing problems.
- HVAC: Performing basic maintenance on heating and cooling systems, changing filters, and identifying potential issues.
- Basic IT: Assisting with computer and network troubleshooting, setting up equipment, and resolving minor IT issues.
- A/V: Installing and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment, such as TVs, speakers, and amplifiers.
- Ovens & Refrigeration: Maintaining and repairing commercial ovens and refrigeration units.
- General Tasks: Performing general maintenance and repairs such as painting, drywall repair, basic carpentry, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic IT, A/V, ovens, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
