Maintenance Technician
Eyas Hospitality Group is hiring qualified maintenance technicians for Morgantown.
The Area Maintenance Manager will perform work involving the upkeep and maintenance of all restaurant equipment and physical building repair for the region of stores assigned to. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; carpentry; repairing minor electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings and floors.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver's License required - Drive company maintenance Van.
Technical Skills
- Equipment Maintenance- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Installation- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
- Operation and Control- Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
- Operation Analysis- Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design.
- Operations Monitoring- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Programming- Writing computer programs for various purposes.
- Quality Control Analysis- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Repairing- Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
- Technology Design- Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.
- Troubleshooting- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

- Management of material Resources- Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
- Time Management- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Ability to bend, stop, squat, kneel, stretch, push, pull, climb, reach outward and above.
- Must be able to visually inspect machinery
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma- or the equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Post-Secondary Certificates- construction trades, mechanic and repair technologies preferred.
- Other Combination of education and work experience may be considered.
