Day and Night Managers
Description
The Day / Night Managers role requires an individual to lead the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant by training and developing their crew, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities
• Leading the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations • Interviewing and hiring new team members • Participating in personnel decisions regarding the restaurant team • Training and developing the restaurant team • Building sales and managing the restaurant budget • Performing administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, food ordering, proper cash handling, etc. • Scheduling appropriately • Successfully communicating the company brand focus to the team • Ensuring that safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to • Maintain a clean restaurant to ensure excellent food quality and customer service • Maintaining all cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant • Assisting with local store marketing opportunities • Ensuring that employees are compensated appropriately • Preparing employees for additional career opportunities • Leading by example to be a role model of the standards and behaviors of IHOP Restaurant values and culture
