About the Job
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team of our steakhouse. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of management experience and a proven track record in successful restaurant operations.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Training and managing staff, including floor supervisors and waitresses/waiters.
- Planning menus and ensuring high food quality standards are met.
- Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and negotiating terms with vendors.
- Meeting budget goals while maximizing profits.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Developing marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
To qualify for this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities and a passion for the hospitality industry.
