Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work as a member of the restaurant management team, assisting the Restaurant General Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the restaurant while abiding by the company’s absolutes: strong leadership, embracing our people culture, always serving remarkable food and fantastic beverages, creating the perfect experience, maintain a sanitary, safe, and spotlessly clean restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager in this position will work side-by-side with the Restaurant General Manager by assisting in assessing the staff, recruiting staff members, training, developing and acting as a support system for all areas of the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for always maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant and will make certain that the highest quality levels of products and hospitality are being met.

Qualifications:

· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have 1-3 years restaurant Management experience

· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must possess exceptional communication skills

· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have desire to lead, coach and mentor

· The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have passion for food, and consistently delivering a great guest experience
