Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your goal is to create memorable experiences for our guests, while driving profitability and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of dedicated staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events to attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial statements.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
