Shift/Hours: Monday - Saturday(More than 40hrs)
11AM-830PM ( no specific shift and may need to flex earlier or later times)
Pay Rate: 60k+ depending on experience
Location: Linthicum Heights, MD
Experience:6+ years
Attire: Full length pants, and non-slip shoes.
Job Summary:
PrideStaff is assisting a food product manufacturer in the Linthicum Heights, MD area with a Warehouse Associate. This position consists of the production of food, moving at a fast paced environment and being mobile on feet for 8 hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising Staff
- Read and analyze financial data.
- Can understand scheduling needs.
- Ensure the team follows established standards, procedures, and processes for quality, safety, food safety, and production.
- Assign roles based on competence and work demand. Utilize temporary staffing needs and coordinate with
outside agencies. - The Manager must motivate and supervise the work crew to set expectations, hold them accountable, and most importantly, promote a fully engaged learning environment.
- Effective communication and finding ways to reward associates is a critical skillset.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience supervising employees in a restaurant environment.
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading others through a process change.
- Demonstrated leadership skills working with all levels of the organization and across functions.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of the financial impact of business decisions.
- Effecting staffing, product components and inventory
- Must be a dynamic self-starter, work independently, and proactively initiate action steps for problem solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively from the plant floor to the front office
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to propose and implement improvements to systems and ways of working.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
