About the Job
We are looking for a responsible and motivated restaurant manager to take charge of overseeing the daily operations of Double Tapp Grill. Your duties include hiring and training restaurant staff, inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, and supervising all areas of the restaurant to monitor activities and handle problems that arise.
Your goal as the Restaurant Manager is to keep restaurant operations running smoothly to create a positive atmosphere for customers and our staff. In addition to operations it is imperative that you have a good understanding of our economics when it comes to revenue, varying expenses and fixed expenses.
Your experience should include (but not limited to):
- Previous restaurant experience
- Management or supervisory experience
- Customer service skills
- Training in food safety
- Financial literacy
- Inventory control skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
