Position Summary: Our Valued Client in the Hospitality and Food Service Industry is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager in our Pennsylvania location. We are seeking a Manager who is self-motivated, dedicated, ambitious, and who has a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.
- The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations.
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- You will always oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of the guests and visitors.
- Must have a solid understanding of managing and supervising team members and practicing safe food-handling procedures.
- You will assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications: - High School diploma.
- Must-have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a family or casual-dining food service restaurant.
- Must Have experience managing/supervising at least 6 to 10 team members.
- Must have experience in a fast-paced food service Restaurant Environment.
- SERV Safe Food Manager Certification is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have strong time management skills.
- Must have strong, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
