As a Restaurant Manager, you are key to our business. You will be responsible to maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency, and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a General Manager include; Motivating the team to complete the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and maximizing productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A General Manager is required to have 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment. A qualified candidate must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
