About the Job
General Manager is responsible for the complete operation of the restaurant, He/She has to ensure the highest of standards in guest satisfaction and probability while adhering to the policies and procedures.
Should be able to hire staff, set up policies and procedures for the new restaurant.
Job Requirements
- Supervise shift operations and assistant managers
- Strictly follow company cash handling procedures
- Manage restaurant marketing and promotions
- Manage overall restaurant budget
- Understand and manage all COGS
- Process payroll bi-weekly
- Promptly and professionally handle all guest comments
- Communicate all team member issues and complaints to management team through daily communication
- Coach and develop managers
- Coach new team members
- Create and assign all training materials and trainer to new team member
- Oversee departmental responsibilities
- Interview and hire new team members
- Conduct new team member orientations
- Required to make appropriate decisions in fast paced environment
Additional Information
- Minimum of three years working in a restaurant environment
- Minimum of one year as general manager preferred
- Sports Bar Manager experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Spend 100% of shift standing or walking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
