Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences consistently.
- Lead and inspire a team dedicated to excellence, guiding them in delivering top-notch service and quality.
- Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies while optimizing costs.
- Oversee financial activities, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the restaurant meets its financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an immaculate dining and kitchen environment.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and restaurant profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-casual or similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members and guests.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the restaurant’s operational needs.
