About the Job
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Guest Experience: Uphold the highest standards of service excellence to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Proactively address guest feedback and concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver impeccable service and maintain a positive work environment. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to foster professional growth.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring authenticity, creativity, and consistency in flavor and presentation. Conduct regular quality checks to uphold culinary standards.
Beverage Program Management: Curate and maintain a comprehensive beverage program that complements the restaurant's cuisine and enhances the dining experience. Manage inventory, pricing, and selection of wines, spirits, and other beverages.
Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue. Leverage social media and other platforms to engage with guests and build brand awareness.
Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to enhance the restaurant's visibility and reputation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment, with a strong background in Indian cuisine and beverages.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
