Position Summary:Oak View Group is searching for people to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix.
This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
This role pay a yearly salary of $60,000 to $65,000.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2024
About the Venue:The Footprint Center is in the heart of downtown Phoenix, home to the Phoenix Suns and Mercury professional basketball teams and a variety of special events and concerts tear round-making it the preeminent destination for sports and entertainment in the southwest.
Responsibilities:- Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations of upscale dining restaurant
- Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the AGM/GM
- Training and enforcing the company’s best practices and policies
- Ensure policies are upheld
- Offer and inspire exemplary guest service
- Other responsibilities to ensure ease of operations
- Minimum 3-5 years in a management role in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry
- Culinary certificate or comparable experience working in culinary roles preferred
- Previous experience performing new restaurant opening responsibilities such as training and motivating new employees into a high-performing team and implementing new systems, policies, and procedures strongly preferred
- Proven team player willing to roll up your sleeves—a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team!
- Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadership
- Experience managing large scale restaurants is a plus
