The Service Manager will have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional communication skills to impress guests while ensuring their satisfaction through 100% table visitation. This role involves overseeing front-of-house operations with a focus on Service, Guest Engagement, and Fun!

The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing team members, as we prioritize promoting from within our company. Collaboration and effective communication with fellow management staff is essential, particularly with the Kitchen Manager, to maintain a seamless connection between the front and back of the house. The Service Manager will receive daily guidance and development from the Managing Partner.

Qualifications:
- The Service Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- A requirement for the Service Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
