Join Margaritaville's Beach Resort. We are looking for ideal candidates for our Coconut Telegraph coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy while maintaining company culture.
· Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
· Maintaining safety and food quality standards
· Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
· Organizing schedules
· Keeping track of employees' hours
· Ordering food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations.
· Supervising daily shift operations
· Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed.
· Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste.
· Appraising staff performance
· Interviewing/recruiting new employees.
· Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels.

What you will bring:
- 1- year proven work experience as a supervisor or Manager
- Proven customer service experience as a manager/supervisor
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Obtain and maintain current SERV Safe Food Manager's Certification
- Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
