Job Description

We are currently looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers. The Server is responsible for serving food in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner to guests of the hotel, thereby enhancing the positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Maintains standards of food, beverage, and guest service quality
- Greets guests
- Maintains a clean work and storage area including reading and understanding MSDS
- Assists in set-up, cleaning, and refreshing of function rooms
- Completes all side work as assigned
- Attends department meetings
- Completes projects as determined by Executive Housekeeper or General Manager
- Participates in ongoing education and training of Franchise and Hotel Management Company
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED not required; one month of related hospitality experience and/or training and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of computer
- Must be able to pass physical exam, drug test, and background check
- Must be physically able to carry out duties, which includes walking and standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and seeing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or carry/transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
