Position Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations
- Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans
- Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center
- Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market
- Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center
- Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
