Job Title: Restaurant Shift Lead-Supervisor

Hourly Wage: $14-$16/hour plus Tips

Main Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Organizing shift schedules for team members
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
• Opening/Closing the restaurant
• Will have knowledge of the different positions
• Become a "Team Leader"
