Job Title: Shift Manager
Reports to: Store Manager and/or General Manager
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
?LaMar's Donuts is now hiring full-time Shift Managers! Experience not needed but preferred.
Shift Managers must have open availability and able to work: nights and weekends.
Shift Manager responsibilities include:
- Completing daily opening and closing procedures
- Establishing budgets and goals
- Overseeing the complete operation of the unit
- Hiring and training employees in the franchise policies and procedures
- Scheduling employees to work
- Performing all personnel management functions
- Handling responsibilities of other staff positions as needed
- Keeping accurate inventory records of all materials, supplies and other items
- Fulfilling all management responsibilities, including all reporting
- requirements
- Reviewing and authorizing all supply orders
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Control materials, labor and other operating costs
- Overseeing unit maintenance and security
Certifications/Licenses:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must meet insurance underwriting requirements

Valid driver's license

Expected Salary Range: $16 - $17.25 per hour
