Our Client is a fast growing fast casual restaurant chain that provides long term career growth. Our Client is committed to providing our guests with a memorable dining experience by delivering delicious food and top-notch service. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a dynamic Shift Supervisor to join our team.
As a Shift Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your designated shifts. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members and uphold our high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and efficient work environment while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction levels.
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders
- Coordinate catering and banquet events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer software applications for restaurant management (e.g., POS systems)
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service is a plus
- Experience in hotel or banquet management is an advantage
