Restaurant Team Member - Fazoli's

At Fazoli's we work as a team to serve our guests great tasting food in a clean restaurant with extra friendly service.  We have flexible work schedules, tip sharing and offer free employee meals when you are working and deep discounts when you are not.   

Our purpose is to “enhance the lives of those we touch… one breadstick at a time.”  It’s a simple concept in a complex world.  Whether we’re assisting a Guest, helping a fellow team member or volunteering in our local community, we give our best effort to make everyone’s day just a little brighter – a little better – than it was before we came along.  A smile, a caring attitude and a genuine enthusiasm to help others sets us apart.  And, just like our signature hot, fresh garlic bread sticks, our opportunities to help others are unlimited!         

Do you prefer to prepare food then consider one of our back of the house positions:  steam table operator, oven coordinator, dishwasher, etc..  or if you like to interact with our Guests and provide great Guest Service then consider a cashier, food expeditor or guest ambassador.
