Pay Range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr depending on experience, with opportunities for spiffs and bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of carpentry repairs, including but not limited to framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, etc
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete reconstruction projects efficiently
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of experience as a reconstruction carpenter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work in various environments, including homes and businesses
• Ability to work as part of a team
