Pay Range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr depending on experience, with opportunities for spiffs and bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of carpentry repairs, including but not limited to framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, etc
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete reconstruction projects efficiently
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years of experience as a reconstruction carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work in various environments, including homes and businesses
- Ability to work as part of a team
