Join one of the nation's leading specialty contractors and conservation/historic preservation firms! We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Restoration Project Manager/Estimator to drive sales and growth in the Mid-Atlantic region from our vibrant District Heights, MD office

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Project Manager/Estimator position include:
At least 5-7 years in project management, with a focus on historic preservation, restoration, or construction.
Managing bid processes, estimating project costs, and preparing comprehensive proposals.
Overseeing large institutional and federal projects in the D.C
area, with experience in contracts and documentation.
Strong understanding of specialty construction trades like masonry, plaster restoration, and millwork.
Planning, executing, and managing budgets, timelines, and scopes of work for complex, multi-trade projects.
Experience with CRM software (Cosential) and Excel for estimating and budget management.
Ability to travel locally within the Washington, D.C
metro area for client meetings and site visits as required.
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including bi-annual performance bonuses, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with vesting over three years, and a flexible hybrid/remote work environment with access to an office in District Heights, MD.
