This role is essential to ensuring the successful completion of construction and restoration work, maintaining relationships with clients and insurance adjusters, and delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.

- Develop full project schedules to guide services from start to finish.
- Cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters to ensure seamless coordination and approvals.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring that all phases of the project run efficiently and according to plan.
- Coordinate and communicate with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Send and receive sub-contractor confirmations to ensure all schedules are clear and deadlines are met.
- Maintain constant and professional communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor budgets closely to ensure all projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in construction project management or a similar role is preferred.
