Assistant Store Manager

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, the purpose of this role is to enhance brand experience, drive sales & motivate the team to hit goals.
Responsibilities
- Acts as leader on duty following the direction of store manager & leadership team
- Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
- Assists with merchandising and creative directives
- Motivate associates to hit sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & back of house
- Opening & Closing procedures
- Drive sales to hit monthly sales goals
- Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness

Qualifications
- Must have retail leadership experience
- Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed
- Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
