Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with potential customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services
- Manages customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to order requests
- Suggests product solutions tailored to meet individual customer requirements
- Gather and evaluate customer information to generate product or service reports.
- Collaborates with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives
- Stays updated on our product offerings to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive advantage against competitors
- Executes any additional tasks as delegated.
Retail Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is highly regarded
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales or applicable role involving direct customer contact is required
- Positive mentality and solution-focused attitude
- Has a basic understanding of customer service principles including listening to the customers, building relationships, knowing the product and making every interaction count
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Must be able to function as part of a team as well as independently
