Position Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail setting, offering personalized recommendations and expert insights into our home improvement programs.
- Provide clear and comprehensive answers to customers' inquiries regarding the services we offer, ensuring a thorough understanding of available options.
- Efficiently schedule customers for consultations with our sales team, demonstrating effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, communicating regularly to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately, and customer expectations are met.
- Actively participate in training sessions and stay informed about the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner to bolster brand awareness for our clients
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or retail environment is ideal
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Displays a passion for brand development and customer service
- Demonstrates a solid commitment to personal and professional development
- Confident engaging directly with customers and providing information regarding our clients’ services
- Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends as needed
