Retail/ IT Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

Skills:
• 5-7 years related experience
• Related academic and/or work experience working in a project environment
• Proven Business Analysis background inclusive of requirements gathering within a project
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Experience with Confluence and Jira a plus
Responsibilities:
• Acquire and document requirements; Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Document current state processes and make recommendations on how to drive change and effectiveness into a process
• Perform functional unit testing
• Participate in all sprint activities including sprint planning and grooming sessions
• Good communicator both verbal and written
• Facilitation skills
• Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
• Use analysis and Analytical thinking to solve basic problems
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines
• Strong time management skills
• Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, and a strong desire to succeed
