As the Retail Manager, you will oversee cash operations, including food and supply ordering, ensuring proper storage, menu execution, quality assurance, and financial control. In addition, you will assist the Food Service Director in meeting company and client financial goals while maintaining high levels of satisfaction among clients, customers, and associates.
We're seeking hands-on leaders who prioritize customer satisfaction and will stay involved with clients, customers, and associates. If you're experienced in menu planning, pricing contracts, managing temporary help and equipment, and have excellent Front of House management skills, this is the role for you!

Requirements:
High school degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in management (preferably in the Retail side of Hospitality Management)
Marketing & Public Relations experience
