Position Summary:
Love Wellness is seeking a Retail Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and enhancing organizational processes within the Love Wellness Retail department. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient workflow to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives within the retail landscape for Love Wellness. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing.
Salary Range: $62,400- $65,000 bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administrative support including preparing reports/presentations, marketing calendars, promo & item set up forms etc.
- Maintain all retail team master documents and assist in developing and implementing additional standardized processes to streamline marketing operations, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Project timeline management across all stakeholders related to retail activations and launches including external vendors, retail partners and internal teams to ensure on time delivery and launches
- Detailed analysis of the competitive landscape, with frequent audits of product launches and marketing activations across all retailers. Assist Manager in gathering all findings and sharing with the internal team.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.
- Assist in ad hoc Retail projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Must be based in or able to commute to NYC 3 days a week (In office 3 days per week - Tuesday-Thursday)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales or administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Slides etc) and familiarity with marketing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
- Passionate about the health and wellness industry
- Category experience a plus but not a must
