Retail Merchandiser - Winston Retail

Job Summary:

A Retail Merchandiser works with one or more of Winston’s clients to support their on-floor presence through visual merchandising projects. The key focus will be product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive.  In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team, as requested. This role is project-based and hours will fluctuate based on location and market needs.

Pay Rate: $16-18/hour (Pay based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, qualifications, and experience)

Experience/Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in retail merchandising
• Ability to work independently, timely, and efficiently
• Expert in clear communication with store staff and through visit reports
• Tech savvy with smartphones, apps, and navigating online platforms
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
