Retail Nursery Plant Specialist

Join our team at SPRIG Garden, where you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers, educate them on proper plant care, and maintain our beautiful plant stock. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy multi-tasking, have experience in horticulture or retail nursery, and take pride in their work.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist with plant selection and care.
- Answer questions about plant varieties, growing conditions, and gardening techniques.
- Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and experience level.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with stocking new plant shipments and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure plants are correctly labeled with prices and care instructions.
Plant Maintenance:
- Water, fertilize, and prune plants to maintain health and appearance.
- Monitor plants for signs of disease or pests and take appropriate action.
