The successful candidate will ensure the branches and member engagement center follow all operational and security procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements. The Manager will handle the day-to-day activities with the ability to streamline processes that impact the membership and branch issues that arise as needed.
This individual will be responsible for driving best practices as the credit union aligns its new brand initiatives to be consistent throughout the branch network while establishing KPIs to monitor and manage the team's performance.
A minimum of five (5) years of proven retail financial leadership experience in managing retail operations is required. An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and train others while fostering a collaborative team environment is needed in this role.
