Are you ready for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a new Campus Dining account in Pueblo, Colorado!
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Food Court Manager (Retail Operations Manager) to oversee day to day dining operations at our new account at Colorado State University - Pueblo, CO. This will be an extremely fun campus to work on as the services will expand every year. You will have a unique opportunity to be a part of a campus where all our individual segment solutions come to life.
During year one, the primary focus for this leader will be to oversee our food and beverage operations and work closely with our vending partner. Future solutions and services on campus will include facilities management, parking operations, bookstore and spirit store operations, residence life and housing management and university marketing.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Very strong management background in Campus Dining - Resident Dining, Retail operations (including National Food Brand concepts and non branded concepts), catering, concessions and conference services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization - Experience working very closely with the university's auxiliary department will be paramount.
- Ability to scale and implement solutions alongside our internal team of experts.
- Ability / experience to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service.
- Proven track record of managing, motivating, coaching,and develop managers and frontline (hourly-paid).
- Current valid Drivers License is required for this position.

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
