Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.)
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (APHA board approved)
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing in PA

Key Responsibilities:
