About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Head of Sales, Head of Aftersales, Dealer Development Manager, Regional Field Managers and Sales Operations Manager with monthly Dealer by Dealer reviews; sharing examples of Dealer Best Practice, identifying actions and reviewing outcome of previous actions.
- Acts as subject matter expert in all elements of data gathering and analysis: CRM (Salesforce), Business Objects; SAP; RRMC Sales Management System (SMS), Tableaux and DealerNet.
- Provides a reporting service to the RRMC Training Manager, tracking fulfilment of mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Responsible for providing Segment and competitor performance data and analysis.
- Creation and presentation of materials to present to RRMC NA Senior Management for project status updates or to garner additional buy in.
- Development of regional and field communication collateral to provide information and training materials.
- Participate and organize in business meetings incl. Top Management to represent relevant business topics (Performance Management, Reverse Sales Funnel, Sales Ops, and market review meetings).
- Subject matter expert for focus reporting systems and projects.
- Organize webinars, conference calls, and supporting communication material to support development of program.
- When Dealer Dashboard is established, communicate this to each Dealer Senior Management at the start of each month.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric communications and relationships with Reporting System vendors.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of best-in-class performance reporting systems.
- Go to person for any Performance Analysis requests.

The pay range for this role is: $74,831.00- $87,642.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline / equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years Business Analytics, Sales reporting experience
- 1-3 years Automotive industry experience
- Strong PC Knowledge / General IT knowledge including SAP and reporting systems such as Business Objects, Tableau
